Many healthcare providers face challenges in acquiring specialised equipment, which can impact timely care. Humpty helps relieve this pressure by stepping in to meet these urgent needs, improving care access and outcomes for infants and children nationwide. Around 2/3 of our equipment requests come from regional and rural areas, where the need for equitable access to healthcare is crucial.

The urgently-needed medical equipment featured on Humpty’s Wish List has been specifically requested by hospitals and health services across the country and assessed and approved by Humpty’s Medical Program Advisory Committee.

This can vary based on a number of reasons such as hospital location, shipping times, and supplier coordination. If you have a specific question about your equipment donation’s ETA, please reach out to Humpty at medical@humpty.com.au or call 1300-HUMPTY and a friendly Humpty team member will assist you.
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your equipment has been delivered.
The Humpty team always endeavours to show you the impact of your donation by sending photos or feedback we receive from hospitals, but the delivery of feedback is dependant on hospitals sending it to us following the installation of the equipment. Rest assured, your equipment donation is making an impact on the sick babies and children it is used to care for.
Yes! Your equipment donation is 100% tax deductible. After you make your donation you will receive an email from Humpty with your tax deductible receipt. If for some reason you do not receive it, please email humpty@humpty.com.au or call 1300 HUMPTY and a friendly Humpty team member will assist you right away.
