The Humpty Dumpty Foundation is the largest charitable supplier of children’s medical equipment and health initiatives behind State and Territory Governments across Australia.
The Foundation works closely with health officials and communities to ensure all states and territories have access to the healthcare and equipment they need to help sick kids in hospitals across Australia.
The Humpty team are dedicated individuals passionate about making a difference. We approach our work with insight, compassion and fun – believing, all the while, that the world is a far better place when you are helping support young lives.
The Foundation is a national independent children’s healthcare charity, registered with the Australian Taxation Office as an Item 1 Deductible Gift Recipient.
The Foundation is limited by guarantee and registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
We are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) and we are an approved holder of the Registered Charity Tick.

For 35 years, the Humpty Dumpty Foundation and its supporters have provided lifesaving medical equipment and healthcare initiatives for sick babies and children in 515 hospitals and health services across Australia.
Whether it’s working with hospitals to identify their equipment needs; donating thousands of pieces of neonatal and paediatric medical equipment; or finding funding for a growing list of special projects and healthcare initiatives – the funds raised by the Humpty Dumpty Foundation help Australian children benefit from the best healthcare and equipment faster.
Humpty relies on the generous support of corporate and private donors to continue our critical work of providing equipment to save kids’ lives in hospitals and health services across Australia.

Humpty’s impact dramatically increases positive health outcomes for sick babies and children by ensuring hospitals have access to state-of-the-art, easy-to-use and reliable equipment.
Not only are the equipment and healthcare initiatives child-specific and appropriate for the care of sick babies and children, but they also help reduce separation and anxiety between kids and their loved ones.

OUR GOVERNANCE
The Humpty Dumpty Foundation has a voluntary Board committed to ensuring our organisation is operating legally, ethically and responsibly.
Our constitution provides a platform for the Board’s decisions and direction.
The Foundation has a range of sub-committees in the disciplines of Finance, Marketing, HR and Policy & Compliance. Each sub-committee is chaired by a Board Director. From time to time, external experts are invited to contribute to ensure a broad range of views and ideas are heard, to deliver better outcomes.
